Starting today, October 1, citizens of 53 states (including all EU countries) can apply for a free electronic visa to travel to St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. You can fill out a visa application form here: http://electronic-visa.kdmid.ru/spb_home_en.html
We remind you that for traveling to Russia a foreign citizen needs travel insurance. When filling out the questionnaire, you do not need to enter insurance data, but it must be purchased before the trip. Employees of the Russian border service will check the availability of insurance.
When filling out the visa application form, you will need to upload a 35×45 mm photo in .jpg format – we advise you to prepare the photo in advance.
ATTENTION! The allowed period of stay in the Russian Federation of up to 8 days under an e-visa does not imply that one can stay for the entire 192 hours (24 hours multiplied by 8). The period of stay in the Russian Federation always starts at midnight of the day of passage through passport control upon entry regardless of the actual time of passage through passport control.
IMPORTANT! Entry and exit by electronic visa by rail is currently not possible. Enjoy an easy and comfortable travel to Saint Petersburg with an electronic visa on Lux Express buses. All our departures are suitable for travellers with e-visa.
