Collecting Points is easy. Every time you travel with Lux Express or use other services of BalticMiles partners – for instance fly on a plane, rent a car, book accommodation, use telecommunication services, make purchases using BalticMiles credit card etc. – you collect Points to your account.

Travelling with Lux Express gives the customer Points as follows:

  • Earn 200 Points for a ticket to St. Petersburg
  • Earn 100 Points for a ticket within the Baltics

To earn Points:

  • Enter your BalticMiles membership number in the Lux Express online sales system when purchasing tickets online
  • Present your BalticMiles card when purchasing tickets at a Lux Express sales office
  • Give the staff your BalticMiles membership number if booking your ticket by phone

If you notice that some of your Points have not been registered in your BalticMiles account, you can claim the missing Points up to three months after the travel date, but no earlier than 10 days after travelling with Lux Express.
